Warehouse & Driver Technician, Non-CDL (Full Time) - Oahu
About the Role
This position supports warehouse operations and assigned projects, focusing on shipping, receiving, quality control, inventory management, and logistics. Additionally, the role involves operating company vehicles requiring a Class C Non-CDL license for transportation and delivery tasks.
Responsibilities
- Inbound/Outbound Order Processing: Accurately receive, ship, and label products; pick items from inventoried locations; pack orders efficiently for delivery to venues or other warehouses.
- Perform basic quality control (QC) procedures, equipment presentation, and inventory control.
- Logistics and Transportation:
- Prepare and process shipments via small parcel, LTL, and internal fleet.
- Operate industrial powered forklifts (e.g., sit-down, reach, stock picker, powered pallet jack).
- Operate company vehicles requiring a Non-CDL Class C license for delivery and transportation of goods.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Safety:
- Perform daily checklists on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Participate in safety team initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and transportation regulations while operating vehicles.
- Warehouse Housekeeping: Clean and maintain a safe work area; perform necessary equipment maintenance.
- Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, operational efficiency, and cohesive relationships with other departments. Develop a working knowledge of equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Valid CDL Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
- Strong communication skills with team members, leadership, and internal/external customers.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an RF-based WMS system (preferred).
- Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.
- Experience with DOT regulations and telematics/electronic ELD logs (preferred).

- Irregular hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call status.
- When driving, exposure to various weather conditions and road environments; long periods of sitting, loading/unloading materials, and adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Adherence to appearance guidelines in warehouse, driving, and office environments.
Pay
Hourly pay range: $21.58 - $26.43. Compensation is determined based on qualifications, location, relevant work experience, and skills. Some positions may be eligible for overtime, bonuses, or incentives.
