Warehouse - Driver - Helper

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installer’s trucks; adhere to Load In / Load Out policies.
• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble customer orders, verify outbound order accuracy, conduct inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties: unload inbound material, process shipments, stock material, handle customer returns, and report damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean, and organize the facility (sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
• Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Cycle count inventory, store items in an orderly and accessible manner, and inspect stock for defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours to perform job-related tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

This is a safety-sensitive position with local travel required (<25%).

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
