Warehouse Driver

Responsibilities

• Overall management responsibility for receiving, warehouse, and shipping functions.
• Handle delivery routes while following all rules/laws of the road, maintaining professional appearances, and driver courtesy.
• Receive orders and keep loading dock clear.
• Place project inventory items in proper locations in warehouse (receive, label, store).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Pick/kit orders for production.
• Assist personnel with material transfers.
• Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• The Basic High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• DOT certification.
• Ability to operate forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• The Preferred Associates degree in a technical discipline.

Skills

• Operate forklift/picker/pallet jack as needed.
