Job Duties

• Assists with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools.
• Delivers parts, materials, and tools to job sites.
• Performs essential functions such as inspecting, labeling, and recording incoming shipments.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors

• Valid driver’s license and experience operating motor vehicle - as well as enjoys driving!
• Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.
• Experience/comfort level driving, loading, and securing the load on a large flatbed, lift gate truck.
• Preferred familiarity with the area between Olympia and Everett (as routes are often self-managed, and efficiency is key to completing the work).

Compensation

The hiring range for this role is $55,000.00 – $57,150. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
