What We Offer Competitive pay and full benefitsImmediate PTO accrual401(k) with company matchClear growth paths and advancement opportunitiesFast-paced, supportive team environmentLeadership that is accessible, involved, and invested in your success What You’ll Do Delivery & Driving Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and partsEnsure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sitesLoad, secure, transport, and unload materials safelyPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptlyMaintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations)Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here Warehouse Support Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scannersReceive, inspect, and stock incoming inventoryAssist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organizationHelp keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly Safety & Standards Follow all DOT regulations and company safety proceduresMaintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspaceTake ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it What We’re Looking For Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred)DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standardsWarehouse and delivery experienceValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to lift 75+ lbsStrong attention to detail and reliability What Makes You a Great Fit Humble – team-first, open to feedback, owns mistakesHungry – motivated, proactive, and always looking to improvePeople-Smart – communicates well and treats others with respectReliable, safety-focused, and consistentComfortable working both on the road and in a warehouse settingCustomer-first mindset—make contractors’ lives easier every day Why Balsan Group We are growing quickly, opening new branches, and building something long-term.
