Warehouse & Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Performs warehouse functions such as receiving, storing, picking, and shipping product.
• Makes safe, timely deliveries to customers using company vehicles.

Requirements

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Passing urine drug screen in accordance with company policy and any applicable federal or state requirements.
• Continued compliance with all company drug and alcohol policies, including any required random, post-accident, or reasonable suspicion testing.
• Meeting the physical qualifications to operate a commercial motor vehicle under 49 CFR 391.41 (FMCSA).
• Obtaining and maintaining a valid DOT medical certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence with at least three (3) years of driving history.
• At least one (1) year of experience operating a commercial motor vehicle (GVWR 10,001 lbs. or more) within the last 36 months.
• Ability to read and match orders/ship tickets to items picked and delivered.
• Strong skills in reading, writing, basic math, data entry, reasoning, and analysis.
• Certification to operate power truck equipment (e.g., forklifts) as required by the company.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, climbing, and kneeling.
• Regular handling and lifting of up to 50 lbs unassisted; occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noise, and moving machinery.
• Frequent driving as a key part of the role; regular visits to customer sites with exposure to various weather and environmental conditions.
• Must follow all company and customer safety protocols.
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
