Warehouse Cycle Counter Hiring Immediately

About the role

Ryder is hiring an Inventory Cycle Counter/ Material Handler in Whitestown, Indiana. The position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career path that values safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handling day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Punctuality and good attendance record
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Qualifications

Pay

$20.50 per hour, with shift pay of $1.50 additional

Schedule

Night Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 4:30pm-2:30am
