Warehouse Crew Leader
Responsibilities
- Package all standard products with the use of work instructions.
- Read and interpret all standard label drawings.
- Read work order and select proper options.
- Give direction to team.
- Select and applies correct product labels.
- Train others in department.
- Other duties as assigned by his supervisor and/or packing lead.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of experience (experience with NuAire’s products preferred).
- Able to pack of standard products.
- Able to add options to products.
- Able to inspect standard products.
- Forklift or Big Joe license preferred.

Schedule
Monday to Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Pay
The salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
Skills
Work with a minimal amount of supervision.
Record time on job assignments.
Complete job assignments on time.
Follow all safety rules; including using all recommended personal protection equipment.
Perform in-process and finished product inspection.
Instruct packaging procedures.
Assign and communicate work direction from supervisor.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is required to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, bend forward, squat, twist, kneel, balance, crawl or crouch. The employee is frequently required to grasp and grip.
