About the role

The Warehouse Crew member will lead a team in packing, loading, unloading, and delivering household and commercial goods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in packing, loading, unloading, and delivering household and commercial goods as needed.
• Ensure all goods are packed securely and safely.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Must be able to pass a random drug screening as part of the safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
