Warehouse Coordinator - Urgent Hire

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator and Forklift Operator responsible for accurately managing storage, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting of products in both frozen and dry goods warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently after passing certification
• Unload inbound shipments and relocate products to designated storage areas
• Pick and prepare items for shipment according to customer and manufacturing requirements
• Use RF technology for real-time inventory updates and work order management
• Conduct accuracy checks for freight and maintain inventory security and control
• Apply FIFO principles for stock rotation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory control systems, forklift operation, and warehouse processes
• Capable of working in cold storage environments with temperatures between 24°F and -10°F
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze inventory variances
