Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. You’ll:
- Plan and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returns.
- Schedule and coordinate labor effectively to meet business goals.
- Ensure SOPs and customer instructions are followed to the letter.
- Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and oversee the use of equipment and space.
- Interface with customers to ensure requests are handled quickly and professionally.
- Promote safety, organization, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively, knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook, and ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, sit, walk, twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level are required. Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment, forklift license (or ability to obtain one) and RF Scan device experience preferred.
Skills
Experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively, knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook are required.

Pay
$22.00 per hour w/ $1.50 shift differential when applicable.
Schedule
Friday - Sunday 6am-6pm with O/T when required.
