Warehouse/Cooler Operator

About the role

T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking warehouse operators-coolers who can operate various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment. The primary responsibilities include picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and build orders
• Palletize products
• Load and unload materials
• Stage materials for outgoing delivery
• Safely operate various material and handling equipment and machinery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience
• Certification and/or License - may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications

Qualifications

• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing (including legible writing)
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform tasks as assigned
• Able to follow directions
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision

Skills

Pay

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

3 positions available
Schedule will be Mon thru Sat from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Off days will be Sun and one day during the week
