Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Clerk workers for a logistics/warehouse company in Elk River, MN. Responsibilities

• Check in inbound trucks and verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders
• Inspect products for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
• Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments
• Schedule outbound shipments and coordinate dock times with carriers
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, labels, or documentation

Requirements

• Must have previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination experience
• Must have strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and label verification
• Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (ERP/WMS experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to stand, walk, and work in warehouse conditions (including cold storage exposure)
