About the role
Custom Control Sensors, LLC (CCS) is a global leader in the design, development, manufacturing and supply of pressure, temperature and liquid flow switches and sensors for the Aerospace, Defense and Industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Follows oral or written work orders in the storage or movement of received stock, equipment, or merchandise.
- Uses forklift or power devices to haul materials to or from storage or work site to designed areas and stores items in bins, on floor, or on shelves for convenient removal.
- Handles raw materials, sub-assemblies, and CCS-MEXICO shipments incoming and outgoing.
- Prepares and issues material to Machine Shop.
- Tracks, codes, or marks merchandise for inventory purposes.
- Checks all pallets of products before stacking to insure they are in good condition.
- Places products to be stacked in the proper locations.
- Knowledgeable about company’s rotating system to ensure product is properly rotated.
- Knowledgeable about product descriptions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Fills walk-in orders as needed.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the Warehouse departments.
- Maintains all required certifications required by OSHA and Company safety programs.
- Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work.
- Accomplishes production quotas.
- Works consistently, works overtime, and travels as required.
- Conducts himself/herself in a business-like and civil manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Acquired five or more years of related experience.
- Experience in Aerospace a plus.
Skills
