Warehouse- CDL Truck Driver 2nd Shift

About the role

Performs functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting shipping goals for customer orders by performing all required shipping and receiving functions.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift/truck to load and unload vehicles.
• Ensures all products are properly coded.
• Pulls orders and assists in warehouse placement of stock.
• Assists in inventory and cycle counts.
• Completes all required logs, shipping and receiving paperwork, and performs monthly inventory without assistance.
• Assists set-up in pulling ingredients or loading blending platforms when no other duties are pending.
• Fills in for supervisor as needed.
• Must have knowledge of finished goods and raw material storage areas.
• Must have a complete understanding of the shipping and receiving department, including paperwork.
• Operates as a self-starter and is able to multi-task.

Requirements

• Class A CDL License.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to comfortably operate standard warehouse equipment, including proficient operation of stand-up forklift and load move system.

Work Environment

The job is performed in the production area where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles from ingredients, and will operate machinery.

Pay

Pay range $24.74 - $30.92 an hour.
