Ryder is hiring a Case Picker Associate in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career path you can feel good about.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case picking.
• Palletizing, hand stacking, and stretch wrapping product as required.
• Safely operating material handling equipment.
• Aiding in cycle counting and inventory control as needed.
• Aiding in resolving inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay

• Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour.
• Additional pay: $2.00 per hour when assigned to second shift.
• Overtime pay: $30.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Second shift: Monday - Friday, 4:45pm - 1:15am.
