Warehouse Case Picker

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Frankfort, Indiana, working in clean, organized warehouse facilities to support the supply chain.

Pay

Hourly pay $19.00 per hour plus an additional $0.75 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Friday – Saturday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
