Warehouse Bulk Full Time 2nd Shift

1:30pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday. Pay-for-performance program allows associates to earn additional compensation by meeting productivity thresholds.

About the role

As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following areas:

• Warehouse Bulk / Material Handling Equipment Operator: Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick and move product up to 100 lbs within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Porter: Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility. Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Replenishment: Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick and move product up to 100 lbs within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Receiving / Putaway / Returns: Confirm accuracy of product, address discrepancies and damages, and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts. Manually unload trucks, palletize products, and operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Returns: Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. Match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, check in returned product, and tag it appropriately. Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Shipping: Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets. Load trucks manually; lift, lower, and carry product in a fast-paced environment. Stack empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and obtain required certifications.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate inclusively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Adopt and enforce safety procedures quickly.
• Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

Requirements

• Minimum three months of related experience in a warehouse environment, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired as a full-time associate, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift and required overtime based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker.

Pay

Competitive pay rate: $23.50/hour (includes $1.00/hour shift differential).
