WAREHOUSE ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)

About the role

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Warehouse Attendant position at Fresh & Ready FG WA - 701 Monter Road Southwest, Renton, WA 98057. The schedule is full-time with an early morning start and availability to work weekends required. Further details will be provided upon interview.

Responsibilities

Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products. Essential duties include:

• Reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Conveying materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
• Placing materials/goods on racks, shelves, and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence
• Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributing items to production workers or assembly line
• Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets or shelves; conveying orders to packing station or shipping department
• Marking materials with identifying information
• Opening bales, crates, and other containers
• Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Weighing or counting items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards
• Arranging stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
• Using a computer to enter records
• Compiling worksheets or tickets from customer specifications
• Driving a vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items
• Completing requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments
• Preparing parcels for mailing
• Maintaining inventory records
• Ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; following HACCP standards
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others
• Abiding by all company policies and procedures

Requirements

Previous experience with food production schedules, food supply, and equipment orders, work orders, and shipping orders is preferred.

Pay

The fixed pay rate is $21.57 per hour.
