Warehouse Attendant

Location: Pompano Beach | Full-Time, Non-Exempt

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Attendant to support our warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping our facility clean and organized, assisting with material deliveries, and ensuring materials are available when needed. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report missing, damaged, or lost materials.
• Prepare, package, label, and organize materials for shipment and delivery.
• Scan and track materials to ensure accurate distribution.
• Deliver materials to jobsites as directed by management.
• Assist with ordering materials and warehouse maintenance supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.
• Inspect the facility for minor maintenance needs and report larger issues to management.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and weather-related clean-up efforts.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist with training new warehouse personnel.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to report to work no later than 7:00 AM each workday.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, cleaning procedures, and facility maintenance preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule

Monday – Friday | Start Time: 7:00 AM
