Warehouse Associate - Wash Load Capacity Specialist - 2nd Shift - Temporary

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The primary responsibility is to verify customer garments and bulk products are accurately organized into laundry bags, weigh each bag, and ensure the weight meets specified parameters.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer garments and bulk products are accurately organized into laundry bags.
• Weigh each laundry bag and ensure weight parameters are met for the material type.
• Send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom using equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and work ethic.
• Communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Requires standing for most of the shift and physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.90 - $23.63/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
