Warehouse Associate - Warehouse Operations

Role Overview

Supports distribution services by monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, updating inventory and shipment records, and ensuring proper handling of materials. Responsible for coordinating material movement, preparing packaging and shipment areas, and escalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor storage conditions of sensitive materials to maintain quality.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory, and shipment documentation.
• Identify and route damaged or non-conforming materials.
• Coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment.
• Prepare packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities.
• Escalate handling or inventory issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; supply chain certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or related experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and cold chain handling.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with temperature-sensitive materials and safety practices.

Pay

Salary range is $29,600 - $54,340, varying by location.
