Warehouse Associate - Value Add Team - 1st Shift
About the role
Allied Wire & Cable (AWC), a GCG Company, is seeking a Warehouse Value Add Associate to join their team in Collegeville, PA. The role involves operating various machines, performing quality control, and assisting with inventory tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate stripping machine, dye machine, and ink jet machine
- Scan and relocate inventory
- Perform Quality Control on co-workers' work to ensure correct material, ink, footage, oven temperature, wheel angle, and finished product
- Assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Basic math and computer skills are necessary, along with a willingness to learn warehouse or machine operating experience. Reliable transportation is required as the site is not accessible by public transit.
Qualifications
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
