Warehouse Associate (TN)

Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product & supplies, and the movement and staging of outbound shipments.
• Aids in physical inspections of warehouse condition and equipment, prepares work orders for repairs, and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
• Prepares shipments including boxing, cooler shipping materials, and preparing pack-outs for shipment.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work environment and assists in maintaining the security and safety of the facility, including organizing and cleaning.
• Communicates with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities such as production, sales, records control, restocking of daily use items and purchasing.
• Assists with process improvement and process management of all inbound inventory receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping and inventory control.
• Participates in cooler return refurbishment program such as breaking down cooler returns, cleaning the coolers per procedure, and setting up the refurbished cooler.
• Responsible for baling corrugate in the facility.
• Drives company vehicle to transport as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Registered with the state Board of Pharmacy or eligible to obtain registration within the first 90 days of employment.
• Good communication skills.
• Active and valid TN driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of previous warehouse, logistics or pharmacy experience.
• DOT certified.
