About the role

We are seeking dynamic, career-minded Warehouse Associates - Stock to join our rapidly expanding team. This role involves stocking items, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting shipping and receiving operations for our Digital Business and Internet Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise on shelves and ensure the warehouse remains neat and orderly
  • Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores, placing items in the correct locations
  • Verify received merchandise and correct inventory count discrepancies
  • Assist in pulling parts during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse
  • Collaborate with the stock manager to resolve order issues
  • Address and resolve warehouse stocking problems
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Accurately follow written and verbal directions
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards as required by the department
  • Stay focused and on task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs
  • Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit, climb (ladders/stairs), or balance
  • May be exposed to environmental conditions, including protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes, and work in narrow aisles or passageways
  • Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Open availability, flexibility to work various shifts, and overtime as needed
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety measures
  • Maintain and promote workplace safety
  • Handle and secure cash or other assets as required

Pay

Starting at $15.00/hour (USD).
