About the role

Responsibilities
- Stock items on shelves and maintain a neat, orderly warehouse.
- Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores, placing them in the proper location.
- Check off merchandise as received and correct mistakes found on inventory count sheets.
- Assist in pulling parts during busy times.
- Clean inside and outside the warehouse.
- Work with the stock manager to address any problems with orders.
- Resolve issues with warehouse stocking.
- Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Accurately follow written and verbal directions.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
- Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit, climb (ladders and/or stairs), or balance.
- May be subject to environmental conditions, including protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
- Securing and transferring cash or other assets.

Pay
Hourly rate: $15.00
Schedule
1st shift available. Open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime required.
