Warehouse Associate - Springwell
Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks, verify quantities and condition of incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items from stock based on customer orders, pack items securely, and label for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space; properly store products following established procedures.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations, wear required safety gear, and report any safety hazards.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily goals and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting boxes/bags weighing 50-60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is competitive and will vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan or a role-based sales incentive plan.
