About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Responsibilities

  • Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
  • Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
  • Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
  • Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
  • Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
  • Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (preferred, but not required)

  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
