Warehouse Associate- Shift 2

About the role

You’ll play a key role in supporting store operations while working for a stable, growing Fortune 143 company committed to associate safety, career growth, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Absorb other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic math and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.], stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures

Pay

Starting pay $18.50/hr. + 1.00 shift 2 differential

Schedule

Shift 2 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm-3:00 am, overtime based on business needs
