Sign-On Bonus Available*** What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring every order is processed accurately and delivered on time. Depending on business needs, you may support different warehouse functions, including: Receive, organize, and put away inventoryUse handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process ordersLoad boxes into trucks for shipmentPerform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectationsYou will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders - in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery servicePrepare shipments and load boxes for outbound deliveryStand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shiftsTroubleshoot basic issues and communicate with teammates to keep operations movingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentView prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasksLearn and support different areas of the warehouse based on business needsUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the warehouse while working alongside a supportive team.
