Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the audit schedule; perform and complete audits within 3 days, rearranging as needed for priority shipments.
  • Perform audits and review results to make decisions on borderline quality issues; communicate findings with Sourcing and Design.
  • Work with the Quality Supervisor to review audit results.
  • Perform 100% inspections, enter results into the system, and notify appropriate teams.
  • Run the Expected Receipts report daily; determine styles to be audited and monitor issue styles.
  • Track new styles and colors, auditing as needed; pull styles requiring garment weights.
  • Document audit results in the system.
  • Perform Outbound audits before shipments leave the warehouse.
  • Maintain up-to-date files and replace/obtain new standards from Design.
  • Communicate daily with the Inventory Control team.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Coordinator to resolve audit issues, communicate findings, and provide chargeback information.
  • Maintain a tidy and neat audit site.
  • Perform internal testing as needed and investigate inventory for quality issues.
  • Organize and maintain the wear test program.
  • Measure and inspect fit kits upon arrival.
  • Ensure corrective actions are taken on nonconforming products.

Requirements

  • One to two years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality.
  • Knowledge of audits and inspections.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to follow technical specifications and measure garments for conformance.
  • Ability to recognize nonconformance to approved samples, including construction, appearance, and color.

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Work Environment

  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM
