Warehouse Associate-Part Time Weekdays

About the role

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates for part-time opportunities. If you have forklift experience and enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Organize inventory and ensure products are stored in their proper locations.
• Build pallets and crates for safe shipment.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Work with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight companies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse.
• Work closely with your teammates to meet daily shipping goals and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Forklift experience is required; certification or the ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience with agricultural, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment parts.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Shipping and receiving experience with FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight carriers.

Pay

Starting pay: $19/hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

• Part-time: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Bi-weekly pay.
• Overtime opportunities (based on business needs).

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the day. Candidates must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
