Warehouse Associate - Part Time - 1st and 2nd Shift

About the role

Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift* Open Interviews every Wednesday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm at 100 Capital Lane, Middletown, PA 17057

What You’ll Do

• Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management: Process fulfillment orders, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Prepare new stock for put-away and inventory organization. Use warehouse scanners, RF equipment, and mobile technology to track inventory.
• Warehouse Operations & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials. Operate warehouse tools and follow best practices for lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Work alongside team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) to report stock levels, order issues, and process updates. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to meet operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable & hardworking individuals who can thrive in a warehouse setting
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology (scanners, warehouse software, RF equipment)
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including: Standing/walking for at least 2 consecutive hours, Lifting up to 50 lbs, Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders as needed

Success

• Within 3 months, you will: Have a strong understanding of warehouse processes & fulfillment operations. Accurately pick, pack, and process orders with efficiency.
• Show expertise in handling inventory systems & warehouse technology. Have opportunities for growth into lead or supervisor roles.
