About the role

As a Warehouse Associate/Order Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products through our warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pull customer orders based on pick tickets or order sheets
  • Prepare and package products securely and efficiently for shipment
  • Ensure correct quantities, product types, and labeling on all outgoing orders
  • Inspect items for quality and report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Follow company procedures to meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and responsibly
  • Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily picking and packing quotas
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve order or inventory issues

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, procedure manuals, etc. at a fast pace
  • Basic level computer skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass and maintain Forklift certification

Qualifications

  • Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment (heated only)

Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and efficiently
  • Pass and maintain Forklift certification

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20-22/hour. Most new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range, with opportunities for growth and increases based on performance and tenure.
