About the Role

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support shipping and/or receiving functions, perform duties to maintain inventory and warehouse work areas, observe all safety regulations, and ensure the efficient flow of product.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, breaking down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
  • Maintains warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers by performing general housekeeping duties and ensuring a clean, safe work environment; reports unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Performs daily safety checks of assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
  • Conducts damage control checks on received items and contacts supervisor to remove damaged items per company policy.
  • Replaces batteries requiring recharging, completes vehicle inspection checklists, and follows all preferred work methods and safety policies.
  • Reviews work schedules and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.
  • Wears all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
  • Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
  • Secures all equipment and completes necessary paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves at various heights, weighing between 10–35 pounds, and occasionally up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
  • Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

$20/hr

Schedule

  • Sunday – Thursday
  • 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • Overtime as needed
