Warehouse Associate (Nights)

Anticipated hourly range: $20.50 - $21.10 per hour (includes shift differential). Pay is determined by geographical location, relevant education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

About the Role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The team ensures the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to customer shipment.

As part of our warehouse team, you will receive and fulfill orders to ensure our customers have the products they need. No prior warehouse experience is required—all training is provided starting on your first day.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and become certified to operate material handling equipment, such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting performance quotas and attendance requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing, to process documents.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with technologies like computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Schedule

• 40 hours weekly on the night shift (3rd shift).
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM.
• Must work until tasks are completed.
• Days scheduled are subject to change based on business needs.
