About the Role

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support shipping and/or receiving functions within our warehouse, performing duties in a timely manner to maintain inventory, warehouse work areas, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, breaking down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers clear and clean as required.
  • Ensures work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
  • Performs daily safety checks of assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs damage control checks on items received and contacts supervisor about removing items according to company policy.
  • Removes batteries requiring recharging, replaces with charged batteries, and completes vehicle inspection checklist.
  • Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
  • Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepares for operations.
  • Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
  • Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
  • Secures all equipment and completes all necessary paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
  • Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

$19.75 per hour

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, 2pm start time
