Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately load products from within the warehouse onto delivery trucks.
- Select full cases and individual bottles of product for distribution.
- Stack products on pallets safely and effectively, ensuring labels face out.
- Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products safely.
- Keep the loading dock in order and move efficiently by staging and shrink-wrapping pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work zone.
- Maintain an optimal 'case-per-hour' rate of efficiency.
- Ensure orders are ready for delivery on time by keeping everything organized.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration.
- Loud noise levels.
- Active position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and climbing.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing or pulling carts with up to 100 pounds of force.
- Requires operation of warehouse equipment and reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Work Schedule
- Night shift position working Sunday through Thursday.
- Shifts start at 7:00 PM.
- Mandatory overtime may be required.
- Occasionally works Fridays based on holiday schedules and business needs.

- Entry-level wage between $20.90 per hour.

Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Ability to be active and on your feet for an entire shift.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 55 lbs., and push or pull up to 100 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
- Cooperate with all management and staff of GLWAS.
- Follow all MLCC rules and regulations, as they apply to the position.
- Use alcohol in a responsible manner when related to business activities.
