Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

This position is hourly and pays a starting wage of $20.40/hour, which increases to $21.60/hour after three raises within a year. Additionally, PIE operators earn an extra $1/hour. The position offers night shifts from Sunday to Wednesday or Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., four days a week, with 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick, and pack products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Requirements

• Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Great attention to detail, quality, and safety.
