Warehouse Associate - Material Handler - Richmond / Ashland, VA

About the role

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack: Safely select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Load & Unload: Move materials safely around the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts.
• Receive Stock: Count and check incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Keep it Safe: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Use Basic Tech: Input simple data into our computer system and complete basic paperwork.

Requirements

• Ability to stand during your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• A safety-first mindset to protect yourself and your coworkers.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Qualifications

• No experience operating forklifts is required. We provide 100% paid training and certifications.
• A great attitude and a desire to work with a team are essential.
