Warehouse Associate - Material Handler

About the role

As a Material Handler at L2 Brands, you'll be the engine behind our warehouse operations, making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. From operating forklifts to keeping our floor clean, organized, and humming, you'll play a hands-on, essential role in how we deliver world-class apparel to our customers every day.

Responsibilities

• Stock, label, and organize inventory so our production team always has what they need.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse every single day.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery like a pro (or become one).
• Unload incoming shipments, check for damage, and make sure everything is accounted for before it goes into stock.
• Moving product up to 40 lbs. and keeping energy high throughout your shift.
• Affiliate with company vehicles for local deliveries.
• Bale cardboard, haul it to the trailer, empty trash daily.

Requirements

The details of the position include a Monday – Friday schedule from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with some overtime, evening, and weekend availability required as needed). This role operates in an active warehouse/production setting, requiring you to be on your feet and making things happen.
