Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader - 2nd Shift

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading soiled products and then load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes. The role involves maintaining cleanliness of the work area and meeting standards for quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and outdoor elements.
• Must handle soiled materials or those with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.

Pay

Base salary ranges from $18.90 to $23.63 per hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.

Full-time, 2nd shift.
