Warehouse Associate - Lino Lakes

About the role

Marmon/Keystone LLC is a leading metals distributor seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role is located in Lino Lakes and involves operating equipment safely, picking and preparing orders, measuring and cutting material, inspecting materials, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move metal pipe, tube, and bar products.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately.
• Measure and cut materials to exact specifications.
• Inspect materials to verify measurements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe workspace following OSHA and company safety standards.
• Stay organized by keeping work areas clean and documenting materials and shipments.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with forklifts and/or overhead cranes preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately (required).
• Comfortable working with heavy materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters).
• Proven dependability and consistency in previous roles.
• Works well with others and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Qualifications
