Warehouse Associate - Industrial Distribution

About the role

This is a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse production role where you will be performing repetitive assembly-line tasks as part of a larger team. You do not need prior hose industry experience - we will train you. What we need is someone who is reliable, keeps up with production pace, follows instructions carefully, and takes safety seriously.

Responsibilities

- Perform repetitive assembly-line tasks to build and prepare industrial hose orders for shipment - Follow work orders, checklists, and supervisor instructions to meet daily production targets - Conduct basic visual inspections to verify completed assemblies meet quality standards - Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards - Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment (training provided) - Complete production logs and paperwork accurately - Work cooperatively with your team to hit team output goals

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED - Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately for full shifts - Reliable attendance - this is a team environment and your presence matters - Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly - Basic math skills and ability to read work orders - Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction - Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
