Warehouse Associate II
About the role
The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our team, responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise. This role also involves picking, packing, and shipping products to customers, receiving, counting, and recording shipment information into the system. The ideal candidate will generally have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- Might work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or related field.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include Spanish language proficiency.

Pay
The pay range for a Warehouse Associate II at White Cap is $19.40 - $25.80 per hour. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for the job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
