Warehouse Associate II

About the role

The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our team, responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information into the system, and may involve working both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• Maintains a safe and efficient work environment.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Preferred qualifications include forklift experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and Spanish language proficiency.

Pay

The pay range for a Warehouse Associate II at White Cap is $19.40 - $25.80 per hour, with California law requiring the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
