Warehouse Associate II
About the role
The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a critical part of our team, responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information into the system, and may involve working both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.
Responsibilities
- Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- Maintains a safe and efficient work environment.
- May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Preferred qualifications include forklift experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and Spanish language proficiency.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. You must also be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay
The pay range for the Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is $19.40 - $25.80 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
