Warehouse Associate II

About the role

A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap plays a key role in supporting America’s construction industry by ensuring materials are efficiently handled, stored, and shipped. You’ll work in a dynamic warehouse or yard environment, contributing to projects that shape the nation’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
• Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
• Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Generally requires 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay

For Nevada job seekers, the pay range is $19.40–$25.80 per hour. This range is based on market data and internal pay practices, with individual base pay determined by experience, skills, and other factors.

Schedule

This is an on-site, full-time position within White Cap’s Field Operations team.
