WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE II

About the role

The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a crucial part of our team, responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information, and may require working both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• Maintains a safe and efficient work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail.

Qualifications

• May require a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Pay

The pay range for a Warehouse Associate II at White Cap is $19.40 - $25.80 per hour. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for the job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
