Warehouse Associate II

About the role

The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our team, responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information, and may involve working both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• Maintains a safe and efficient work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Preferred qualifications include forklift experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and Spanish language proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
